Huaca Pucllana, Lima. Sample of the simple construction technology the builders used. The hill was build by the Wari people, the indigenous population about 1300 years ago. So it's easy to see that the builders of the much more elaborated and precisely planned megalithic mountain cities in the Sacred Valley near Cusco and Cusco itself have been immigrants.
